This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails. Takemoto Project LLC ("we") handles personal information collected for bookings, stays and inquiries at Nasu Bits in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
1. Information we collect
- Booking: name, email, phone number, dates, number of guests and pets, requests
- Payment: payment result and amount. Card numbers are collected directly by Stripe; we never receive or store them.
- Guest register (required by the Japanese Hotel Business Act): name, address and contact of every guest; for guests without an address in Japan, nationality, passport number and a copy of the passport
- Inquiries: name, email, message
- Website use: access data via cookies (pages viewed, device and browser, IP address)
2. Purposes
Managing bookings and contacting you; payments and refunds; keeping the legally required guest register; answering inquiries; preventing fraud and bots; analyzing and improving the website; complying with laws.

4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law (e.g., requests from authorities under the Hotel Business Act).
5. Retention
The guest register is kept for the legally required period (3 years from its creation). Other information is kept only as long as needed for its purpose and for legal and accounting requirements, then deleted.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics for website analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection; both use cookies or similar technologies.
7. Your rights and contact
